1. Order Process

When you place an order through our website or app, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. A contract between you and PizzaManca is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or push notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices may vary between locations and are subject to change without notice. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

3. Delivery

• Delivery Zones: We deliver within a 3-mile radius of each store. Check availability by entering your postcode.
• Delivery Target: We aim to deliver within 30 minutes. During busy periods, this may extend to 45 minutes.
• Delivery Fee: £2.99 for orders under £25. FREE delivery on orders over £25.
• Minimum Order: £9.99 for delivery orders.
• Failed Delivery: If we cannot deliver due to incorrect address or no response at the door after reasonable attempts, a re-delivery charge of £2.99 may apply.

4. Collection

Collection orders are free of charge. Your order will be ready for collection within 15–20 minutes of confirmation. Please bring your order confirmation (email or app notification) when collecting.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before we begin preparing it. Once preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel an order, contact us immediately by phone at +44 20 1234 5678 or through live chat.

6. Refunds

If you experience an issue with your order (wrong items, missing items, quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will offer one of the following resolutions:

• A replacement order delivered as soon as possible
• A credit applied to your account for future use
• A full or partial refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

Photographic evidence may be requested for quality-related issues.

7. Allergens & Dietary Information

We clearly label vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on our menu. Full allergen information is available on request. Important: All our food is prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergen cross-contamination. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before ordering.

8. Promotional Offers

• Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise.
• Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value.
• Minimum order values may apply to certain promotions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of PizzaManca UK Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PizzaManca's total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
